If one wants to benefit from this state, one needs to go from ego energy to aligning with this flow personally. We can achieve a lot with ego, but at what cost to ourselves and others around. By gradually changing the orientation of our energies, we will start benefiting from this gracious flow to progress in whatever direction we want or which is fit for us. There is a lot less resistance or effort on this path and negative consequences just disappear gradually.

One of them is Social Distancing, which leads to Human distancing if we are not careful. The physical distance should not generate an emotional distance or a division between humans, otherwise we would have lost a lot (more) in the process. This is why we can consciously choose not to by increasing our compassion, empathy and heart for all others who went through the same struggle. We can hug with the heart instead !

We can choose unity rather than division, but we can only do it correctly if we unite oneself first. Uniting the self is knowing the self, accepting oneself as we are the good and not so good and feel the unity of both. From then, starting accepting others becomes feasible, joyful, interesting and uniting.
