Why Energy and Consciousness ?
Having more than 15 years of experience researching and understanding consciousness and energy, I gather here in the form of diagrams and processes, the variety of human situations, questions that everyone can have in a world which changes quickly. These are observations, analyzes, insights, realizations and practices over the years, which I hope can help some to look at the world differently and understand how we are all unique and connected at the same time.
The content covers areas as varied as awareness, energy, human motives, our relationship to the outside world and the inside world and our journey to our potential.
The format chosen is often a diagram that highlights causes and effects links, graphic comparisons between two situations or simply visual elements that allow an analytical and easy-to-memorize representation. I have found that this format was often absent from the sphere of consciousness and energy, that is why I wish to share with you this information, which taught me a lot and which can also contribute to your well-being.
